Completely ruined The Last Jedi! We had to sit through at least 5 attempts for them to get the 12:05am showing to work, until eventually they just turned it off! Don't bother with this cinema, it's beyond rubbish. Get what you pay for I guess.

Good screen , bad seats. My seat kept on falling back in recline position and had to hold it with my foot in the wedge of the front row.Painful toe at the end.

Having mobility issues, having to use the stairs to get to the concession area because the escalator was not working was a problem, when attempting to use the lift instead, which even had a disabled sign next to it, you now need a pin number or card to use it. When no one is around you are just left suffering with the pain the stairs cause. It is then embarrassing to ask for the code to go back down to your screen, especially when your disability isn't visable like mine.

Tried to watch the Last Jedi, but the lights did not go down. I waited for a pause in the action and went to the foyer to ask that they were dimmed. A nice guy on the till asked his colleague (who should have been on the other till but was too busy talking to a girl) to solve it for us. He never appeared and eventually I moved to a seat with a poor view because the lighting was broken in that area. When I left the screening 2 hrs later the guy who should have dimmed the lights was still chatting to the same girl! Absolutely ridiculous service - I won't be going there again.

Went to see star wars at midnight and the film was way too zoomed in, I saw chins not faces. Should have checked the film beforehand. Got a refund but what a waste of time. Didn't even tell anyone it wouldn't work had to find out from other viewers who were asking, terrible staff service even if it wasn't directly their fault they didn't communicate at all. What a joke.

Also, lovely young reception lady very friendly but was deceitful in selling me our seats.Clearly, the film had already started, but was told that their was still 2 minutes left....so we rushed and missed the first 10 minutes of "Star Wars"....a film i was waiting to see for a long time and ruined....
